ANet has finally announced the plans for the annual Wintersday festival (which runs from 21 Dec to 02 Jan).  The "events" on 01st January are where you can get your festival hat(s) (sometimes they do a different hat for each Dwayna and Grenth, or sometimes they also do different hats for LA and Kamadan).
