How do I remove more than one add on without destroying the item after removing the first?  I always get 50% chance of destroying the item when I use the Expert and Superior Salvage Kits.

Unfortunately, you can't remove an add-on without taking the chance of destroying the item.  I think that's one reason the game asks you for confirmation before it actually applies an add-on to the item.  What are you trying to remove from what?

I have two weapons so far.  Furious Axe Haft=double adrenaline on hit(10%chance) and Axe Grip of Charrslaying=Dmg.+15vs.Charr.  The second set is Barbed Sword Hilt=Lengthens Bleeding +33% Stacking and Sword Pommel of Charrslaying +20%vs.Charr.  The axe and sword are no longer useful, but both the upgrades on each are still useful to me.

Well, if you don't mind potentially breaking the weapon, I'd say try to salvage.  If nothing else, you'll get at least one of the upgrades off of each one.  If it doesn't break when you pull the first upgrade off, you'll get both.  I would choose the one you want most first on each salvage attempt.  Good luck! Alright, you're going to have to explain that one.  The "perfect salvage"?

Perfect salvage kits.......
Perfect Salvage Kits allow one to salvage weapon upgrades from weapons, runes and insignias from salvage items, and runes and insignias from armor WITHOUT the risk of breaking the salvaged item. Unlike the other salvage kits, Perfect Salvage kits cannot be used to salvage crafting materials from salvageable items and can't salvage un-identified items.
You can get them from the Eye Of the North expansion in Gunnar's Hold, Eotn, and Rata Sum.
